A nod to the season of the earthy delicacy, Chef Rob served up an entire dinner in The Dining Room composed of truffle-laden dishes. Our four-course menu showcased the delicious home-grown delicacy in all its glory - satisfying the cravings of truffle-heads and first timers alike.
For $75pp the meal included an arrival Spritz and two paired wines, with dishes like roasted duck breast with truffle jus and house made potato bread with truffle butter.
